Ms. Strauch is a licensed physical therapist, founder and owner of A Different Approach – PT for Women, LLC (ADAPT).  Ms. Strauch graduated summa cum laude with a Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.  From Widener University she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology graduating magna cum laude.  With advanced specialization in women’s health physical therapy she provides exceptional one-on-one care to clients with various musculoskeletal conditions.  Her advanced clinical certifications include complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema and pre and post natal exercise.  Ms. Strauch also has further continuing education in myofascial release, internal pelvic floor muscle evaluation and biofeedback.  She specializes in the treatment of blocked lactation ducts, lymphedema, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pain related to pregnancy, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and low back pain.  Ms. Strauch has appeared in various media providing expert advice on various women’s health topics.  She has presented seminars from women from adolescents to adults and has authored articles geared toward geared toward public awareness of women’s health issues.
