Start building your healthy habits this spring with this 4 session teleworkshop in the comfort of your living room.

You will:

  • Add foods that are missing most frequently from the standard American diet.
  • Continue and maintain your weight loss
  • Learn what your food habits really are.
  • Identify and break down road blocks that interfere with implementing and maintaining healthy nutrition and positive lifestyle.
  • Make smart food choices that are right for you.
  • Feel grounded in your body and emotions.
  • Gain skills to foster well-rounded, happy living
  • Glow from the inside out

We will talk about:

  • Dark leafy greens, seasonal vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, animal vs. vegetable protein, legumes, nuts, seeds and superfoods
  • how to find exercise that you will love
  • natural healing techniques and building your holistic home pharmacy
  • \the most health-damaging foods in modern diet and how to avoid them
  • supplements — which ones you need and why you need them


When: 4 sessions - March 2, 9, 16, 23 @ 8pm ET
