• Certified Integrative Health Coach - I received my training in health counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Teachers College of Columbia University. I am certified by Columbia University and an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, an organization that certifies health professionals who do not work with pharmaceuticals. My hands-on, personalized solutions will positively impact your health and bring balance to your daily experience.
• Homotoxicologist- I work with herbs and homeopathic solutions to help the body cleanse and release toxins.  Homotoxicology is a natural, gentle form of detox that works with the body's natural processes in effectively clearing a host of toxins from the body.  Homotoxicology can stimulate your self-healing mechanism and free you to experience a whole new level of health.

As a homotoxicologist, she has studied under some of the most prominent professionals in the field, including respected lecturer and autism recovery expert Mary Coyle, and Dr. Gregory Ellis, an author and a leading authority on natural detox and sports nutrition.
